fairly unhealthy weekend

my diet ended up being made up mostly of pizza and chinese food, with some malteasers on the side.

I went shopping on saturday though. I now have chicken drumsticks marinating in the fridge and and sweet italian turkey sausage defrosting. I'll probably cook those tonight and have two means to choose from for about a week or so.

In addition I got the usual compliment of apples, pineapples, bananas and peanuts, plus some green tea. I am back on track as of today

Finally I start

Breakfast: Kashi raisin spice oatmeal with a banana sliced in

Lunch: Turkey sausage & mushroom marinera sauce with whole wheat penne. I was pretty hungry. Probably because of the morning workout and breakfast. It jacks up my metabolism for the rest of the day

snack 1: strawberry yoghurt (1)

snack 2: Fresh pineapple slices

I sometimes don't get dinner. So then I have 2 small snacks about 1.5 hours apart. That keeps me full enough so I'm not starving by bedtime

Water: I lost count. I'd guess the equivalent of 6-7 glasses

I might start putting up exercise logs too. We'll see

Welcome to the Food Log of Nerddom

Here we shall be keeping a daily log of all our eating habits for at least the next month as part of an effort to be healthier eaters.
